Welcome to Canadian Maple International School — Where Excellence Begins and Futures Flourish

We extend our heartfelt welcome to the 2025–2026 academic session at Canadian Maple International School (CMIS) — a vibrant learning community where every child is nurtured to thrive intellectually, socially, spiritually, and ethically in a caring and dynamic environment.

Inspiring the Leaders of Tomorrow

At CMIS, we believe in a personalized, student-centric approach that champions each child’s unique journey. Our enriching curriculum and interactive activities are designed to unlock potential, develop confidence, and cultivate collaborative, future-ready learners with a strong moral compass.

Learning Without Limits

At just 4 years and 337 days old, the delightful and talented British-Bangladeshi prodigy, Nusaybah Rahman, student of CMIS, has captured hearts and made history by becoming the youngest female author to publish a bilingual children’s book.

Her charming debut, “Nusaybah Saves the Baby Turtle”, was lovingly released on September 27, 2022, in both English and Bangla. This sweet and inspiring tale follows a little girl’s brave mission to save a baby turtle, beautifully weaving a message of kindness, environmental care, and the innocence of childhood into a story that speaks to young readers across cultures.

Nusaybah’s extraordinary accomplishment has been celebrated internationally, highlighting the magic of imagination, the beauty of cross-cultural storytelling, and the importance of nurturing young voices early in life.

At Canadian Maple International School (CMIS), we call this Learning Without Limits — where possibilities bloom with every step a child takes. Our education extends far beyond the classroom walls. From robotics and the arts to language clubs, sports, and meaningful community projects, we nurture well-rounded, joyful learners with curious minds and kind hearts.

We are also thrilled to celebrate our students’ shining success on the global stage — bringing home a Bronze medal in Kata Group Karate at the ISF Gymnasiade 2024 in Bahrain. This proud moment is a testament to our commitment to holistic growth, where academic excellence meets character, creativity, and courage.

Education at CMIS goes far beyond the classroom. From robotics to the arts, sports to language clubs, and community engagement to cultural experiences — our diverse co-curricular programs nurture well-rounded individuals who are not only academically competent but also socially responsible.

Our Committed Educators

Our passionate and highly qualified teachers continually refine their craft through international training and evidence-based teaching strategies. We prioritize transparent and consistent communication with parents, recognizing that strong partnerships between home and school are essential to a child’s success.

We’re proud to announce several milestones in our journey as a British Council Partner School:

  • October 2024: We earned Cambridge International School approval
  • May 2025: Our school became Pearson Edexcel accredited
  • June 2025: We were granted OxfordAQA school status

These endorsements reinforce our dedication to delivering globally recognized education of the highest standard.

Our child-centered approach focuses on individual development, empowering students to reach their full potential. Through engaging lessons and a variety of activities, we cultivate confident and collaborative learners who are prepared for the future.

Our Vision

At CMIS, we envision a generation of compassionate global citizens who are not only academically successful but also possess strong moral character and a commitment to making a positive difference in the community.

Warmly,
Humaira Salmin
